Additional mixing elements can be incorporated where improved melt homogenization or additive dispersion is required.
Manufactured according to the machine and die-head configuration, with suitable clearance and dimensional accuracy.

Manufactured to provide accurate screw clearance, efficient heat transfer and reliable extrusion performance—to machine-manufacturer specification or existing screw dimensions.

Surface treatment & hardening
Surface treatment is selected based on polymer characteristics, operating temperature, filler/additive content and expected service life. Appropriate surface hardening can improve wear resistance, dimensional stability and operating life.

Replacement & reverse-engineering
We manufacture replacement HDPE monofilament extruder screws and barrels based on customer drawings, existing components, machine specifications or physical samples.
